Axel Witsel’s Tianjin Quanjian visited Yannick Carrasco’s Dalian Yifang for match day number 7 in the Chinese Super League, in the first Belgium clash after Yannick’s recent move to China.
Anthony Modeste converted successfully Ke Sun’s penalty, getting the lead early on the game (6′) for Tianjin but Dalian managed to bring things level the same way, Nyasha Mushekwi brought down in the box and Yannick Carrasco scored from the spot seconds before the half time whistle.
The two teams fought for a winning goal, each time scored one in the last five minutes but both were disallowed and today’s game had no winner, with Belgian Internationals Axel and Yannick sharing a point each for their clubs.
